Launching a game from a web page

The Scorched3D server browser web page now supports game launching from this page (version 41.1 onwards). If you click on the icon you can immediately join the game on the server without having to go through the Scorched3D menu system.

Here's how (Windows)

One time setup (do one time only):-

1. Goto the server browser web page
2. Click on the icon
3. When asked to open or save the file, choose save (choose a temporary directory to save to, like the desktop)
4. Once the file has downloaded, run the file (double-click on the file)
5. Windows will ask how to open the file, choose the scorchedc.exe to open it with (this is in c:\program files\scorched3d)
6. The game should now launch.

From now on:-

1. Goto the server browser web page
2. Click on the icon
3. When asked to open or save the file, choose open
4. The game should now launch.
